Mysterious and Unexplained…UFOs in the Hudson Valley!
The Hudson Valley welcomes UFOs, extraterrestrials and benevolent weirdos to its 13th annual Pine Bush UFO Fair!
While “strange” sightings may seem commonplace in the Hudson Valley…of the hippie, bohemian artist or fresh city transplant varieties…it has long been famous for UFO sightings as well. Pine Bush in particular seems to be a nexus for such apparent activity of the latter, close encounters kind. It’s also gaining increasing notoriety for yearly visitations by UFO fanatics flying in close formation and donning outrageous costumes to the Pine Bush UFO Fair. Some extra terrestrials (as in, like, extra) come for the local yet cosmic family-friendly fun, great people-and-creature-watching, or are drawn by ideas of unexplained phenomena. Others, disgruntled because they’ve been waiting expectantly for their turns “to be beamed up,” can at least bide their time on earth with this yearly opportunity to connect with like-minded UFO junkies.
Did you know: Our historic, bucolic, and abundant Hudson Valley region boasts being the undisputed UFO capital of the world–reporting nearly 3,000 extraterrestrial encounters just in the last decade? On record, there have been many thousands of reports across the valley, and between 1983 and 1986 alone, more than 5,000 stupefied residents gave fairly consistent accounts of what they saw. No, we are not just talking about fringe extraterrestrial fanatics, by the way, but retirees, unassuming parents out walking their dogs, and well-off professionals, experiencing individual and collective awe because of what they inexplicably witnessed in the sky. Some residents even seem to fearfully believe they are now being tracked or have been experimented on by aliens; others proudly consider themselves “abduction volunteers” and eagerly await to be called upon. Meanwhile, many of our Hudson Valley neighbors already feel life is out-of-this-world and that any day they can walk on earth (while not forgetting to occasionally gaze expectantly into the cosmos and ponder existence) is a very good day.
Calling all lovers of the paranormal and strange. It’s time to make contact.

WHEN: SATURDAY: JUNE 3, 2023
(Rain Date: Sunday, June 4, 2023)
Event Hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Main Street Pine Bush, NY
*BTW…the speaker lineup includes:
Dr. William Wiand who will share about the mysterious occurrences of alien abduction based on his own experiences, and as a counselor “to other abductees who have struggled after their own Alien encounters.”
Kathleen Marden has spent most of her life seeking answers to the perplexing nature of ET contact through investigation, social research, and experimentation. She is widely considered one of the leading UFO contact researchers of our time. She has worked on three comprehensive studies on nearly 5,000 experiencers and has six professionally published books.
Thom Reed made history when his family’s UFO encounter on September 1, 1969, became the first officially archived in the US. Governor Charles D. Baker and state historians officially archived it, as historically true, in 2015. Reed’s induction was covered by the Boston Globe and ABC News NY. Reed has been the subject of multiple documentaries and has been featured in various media outlets, including Inside Edition, Men’s Health, Marie Claire, and the New York Times.
One of the most compelling abduction cases in recent history, the story of Travis Walton has been studied and retold for decades after he disappeared from a patch of forest in Snowflake, Arizona in 1975. The inspiration of a major motion picture Fire in the Sky, books and several documentaries, Travis has given accounts to authorities, researchers and Joe Rogan alike and will be presenting at the event.
