Located at the Woodstock Golf Club in Woodstock, NY, Millstream is a seasonally-driven restaurant and patio nestled on the Sawkill Creek river in a renovated 1700’s mill house. Executive chef Dan Silverman (Minetta Tavern, Balthazar Restaurant, Starr Restaurants) offers an elegant menu of seasonal American dishes that highlights ingredients from local farmers and purveyors he’s built relationships with over the last two decades.
