Celebrate your Love with a Cheeky Cupid Cocktail
In honor of Valentine’s Day and celebrating your loved one with a special toast, we reached out to our friends at The Cocktail Architect for suggestions on what to serve for this intimate occasion. They graciously shared two luscious cocktail recipes and a link to a virtual Valentine’s Day Cocktail Class at 7 PM. Let’s begin with two luscious recipes sure to dazzle and delight: The Cheeky Cupid & the Love Day Libation
CHEEKY CUPID COCKTAIL
CHEEKY CUPID RECIPE
- 1 oz. Artisan grenadine syrup | store-bought
- Top with Champagne
- Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
Pour the grenadine syrup into a Coupe, add a bit of Champagne. Mix with a bar spoon. Top off with Champagne. Mix well but slowly so as to not make it overflow in the glass. Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

LOVE DAY LIBATION
LOVE DAY RECIPE
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Hibiscus + Rose Petal Syrup (see the recipe below)
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Put all ingredients together in a shaker tin, shake hard, strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish: Rose petal
Take 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flower to 1 tbsp of dried rose petals. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool. Strain. Good for a month in your fridge.
